Chocolate Mousse

Something Hubby has asked me to make since before we were married is chocolate mousse. I came across this recipe at Taste of Home and let me warn you... it is scrum-diddle-y-umptious!! Hubby was quite surprised I made it and he loved it. We had a simple dinner tonight... fish sticks, corn, and homemade mashed apple-potatoes (my first time for homemade!). Simple is always so good...mmmmm!
