It took a little tricking, but Ben has finally graduated to a real cup. I had tried for a long time to get him to drink from a straw. He would drink from the side of a cup, though. Lately, that hasn't really worked because he wants to grab the cup with his teeth and not let go. I found a sippy cup that had a straw in it. He used it instantly and loved it. It was funny at first because he wanted to lift the cup high above his head like all his other sippy cups. Took a while, but he soon learned. Now that he's using a straw that's what he prefers. Way to go, Ben!
