Just got a good laugh.
I told my kids we'd go swimming later today. Little Bird had been in her room a little while. I thought she was just playing. To my surprise, she just came out of her room stark naked, stripped of her nightgown and diaper, doning only her sun hat and black dress shoes, saying "I'm ready!"
