We had baby dedication at our church this past Sunday. I've mentioned before Alicia, our pregnancies were a few days apart and our little girls were born three days apart. Both babies were dedicated, and her next two youngest also.
Us on stage with our Pastor and Children's Minister. Pastor read some Scripture, then we prayed over the babies.
Baby Girl was given a New Testament, certificate of dedication, and a handmade quilt. We were given a book of prayers, For This Child I Prayed by Stormie Omartian. It's a beautiful book.
Tweety & Baby Girl, you've both been dedicated to the Lord for His service. We place you in His protective hands and promise to bring you up in the knowledge of our wonderful Lord and Savior. We pray that you will some day accept Jesus into your lives. We pray that the Lord will use you to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ in ways that He directs.
