Just love that face. I can't believe I caught such an adorable look. She looks like her daddy, and a lot like her brother here. Baby Bird is getting more independent and mobile. She is a week from being five months.
I happened to see her sit in this position on her own yesterday. She had been propped in the crook of the arm on the couch and leaned forward into this. Today I helped her try this again and some other positions.
This is her in the propped sit, showing how strong she is holding herself so tall. The video below is in the propped sit. She has a new voice, which you will hear, saying, "I'm not really liking this, help me..." I hear this squeal when she's rolling around on the floor and she's stuck or tired.
Baby Bird loves to stand. I thought I'd let her play against the saucer and she really liked it.
Here, she is sitting upright against my leg. I'm really not supporting her, so she's getting quite strong. The video below shows her using her legs already to "crawl" forward. She pushed herself a distance of about two feet yesterday.
