Saturday morning I took Tweety Bird to an Egg Hunt at a church here in town. He got a balloon animal and painted a bird house. They started the egg hunt for his age while we were cleaning up from his painting. By the time we got over to the grass, all the eggs were gone. He didn't get any. I felt so bad for him. They did have a photo shoot there and they sent us this picture.
We spent Saturday night visiting Hubby's parents in Monett. We went to their church's musical at 7:00 pm. The choir presented a great musical. It had scenes from "The Passion" movie. Very stirring to the soul.
Sunday, we went to church as usual. Tweety actually was sitting in time out when I picked him up. He was being "aggressive" in sharing toys. Ooops, that's what daycare does for you. He's around two 4.5 year olds here at home now. They fight alot. The sharing/fighting has been much better this week though. Starting to settle into a routine helps.
After church we came home for lunch and naps. Then drove across town to my parents for supper. Mom had a scrumptious dinner planned for us. Thanks, Mom!
After we ate, I caught Tweety giving his Aunt Jenn a big 'ole hug. What a great picture!
Then Mom hid some eggs for Tweety to find. He really loved finding the eggs. I could hear his squealing even from the living room. And of course, the chocolate was a big hit.
While the egg hunt was going on, my dad asked me to get a pic of him and their dog, Misty. Couldn't resist...
I also caught Tweety acting like a dog, as he does quite frequently right now.
